125 Microsoft Dynamics NAV Users gathered to the very first NAV User Conference held last June 2, 2015 at Microsoft Office, Makati City. Organized by Performance Advantage Systems International, the event catered to newbies and seasoned user of NAV. The whole day activity was filled with different sessions that includes discussion on increasing security in NAV, reducing IT expenditure, new features of NAV 2015, useful add-on modules like payroll, and purchase and requisition, customer relationship management and point-of-sale.
The roomful of participants was warmly received by no other than Diana Tibbs, the Small and Mid Market Solutions and Partners Director, Microsoft Philippines as she officially opens the User Conference.
Mr. Rene Santos, President of PASI (left) shared the past achievements and future direction of PASI.Attendees listened attentively as he also discussed significant developments in NAV for version 2015. These includes: rapid implementation and upgrade approach, tablet app, Office 365 integration, easy document reporting,better cash management, power BI and Microsoft Social Listening.
Since many of the participants are from the retail industry, two sessions were dedicated to discuss NAV’s point-of-sale solution. Ms. Awee Dizon, PASI’s Presales Consultant (seated on the right) and an expert in LS Retail demonstrated the latest release of LS Retail. She emphasized a beneficial feature called Member Management that will help retailers support sales and marketing strategies aimed at attracting new customers and enticing your existing ones through: advanced upsell, cross-sell and right-sell functionalities, tailored loyalty and membership programs, offering personalized deals and promotions and managing gift cards and physical and electronic coupons.

An important highlight of the event was the customer experience shared by a NAV User. Mr. Teng delas Penas (right) from Brookside Farms openly discussed how their company implemented NAV… their strategy, struggles and triumphs.
Simultaneous sessions were convened to touch the different add-ons available. These include Easy Security, Purchase and Requisition, Payroll, Cenium Hotel System, Jet Reports and Office 365. Another valuable topic covered was the Customer Source. They were familiarize on how they can maximize their benefit by accessing free online training, knowledge base and user groups.
