To take advantage of all the features and benefits of CustomerSource your organization must have an active Microsoft Dynamics service plan. Follow the steps below to start taking advantage of the many values of CustomerSource.

Ask your organization's CustomerSource administrator to grant you access to the site. If you don't know your CustomerSource administrator or if your organization does not have a CustomerSource administrator, contact your partner or email email@example.com for assistance.
Log in options:
Organizational account: Sign in with the account provided by your employer or school to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, Microsoft Social Listening, Office 365, or other Microsoft services. Contact your Organization account administrator to add you to your company's Organizational account.
Microsoft account: Users of all other Microsoft Dynamics Products, sign in with the Microsoft account you use for OneDrive, Xbox LIVE, Outlook.com, Hotmail or other Microsoft services. If you do not have a Microsoft account, one can be obtained by visiting the Microsoft accountweb site. If you already have a Microsoft account, proceed to step 4.
If you're a first-time CustomerSource user, link your CustomerSource profile with a Microsoft or Organizational account. After your CustomerSource administrator creates a CustomerSource user account, a system generated email will be sent to the user from the email address of firstname.lastname@example.org. The user must open the email and click on the link to associate the user's Microsoft/Organizational Account to the user's CustomerSource account.
